Job Description:
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for conducting advanced data analysis and developing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provides actionable insights and recommendations based on complex data analysis.
Responsibilities & Roles:
• Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirement.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization through data analysis.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources.
• Mentor junior data analysts and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and BI best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, DAX, Power Query & Python.
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
