Senior Customer Renewals Specialist

Reporting to the Renewal Team Leader, the Senior Customer Renewals Specialist (Sr. CRS) will play a critical role in driving revenue retention through renewals, extensions, and upsell opportunities. This position is responsible for overseeing key accounts, providing strategic input on renewal processes, and helping develop best practices for the renewal team. You will engage directly with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with Rewaa's services and guiding them toward contract renewals, product expansions, and potential upsells. In addition to revenue generation, you will handle more complex relationships and escalations, ensuring high customer retention and identifying opportunities for growth. This role also requires providing accurate renewal forecasts, customer insights, and regular updates to our CRM system. + Manage complex and strategic customer accounts with a focus on renewals, retention, and growth opportunities
+ Provide strategic insights on renewal opportunities and proactively identify risks of churn
+ Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
+ Deliver accurate and timely renewal forecasts, ensuring all data is recorded in the CRM system
+ Handle customer inquiries and objections creatively, ensuring successful renewals
+ Provide mentorship to other members of the renewal team, sharing best practices and driving improvements
+ Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on renewal strategies
+ Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain Rewaa’s competitive positioning
+ Develop technical knowledge of Rewaa’s products to effectively communicate value to customers
+ Ensure timely completion of quotes, contracts, and renewals while adhering to internal processes
+ Engage in continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities for operational efficiencies and customer engagement

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 2+ years’ prior experience in a software company, preferably Software as a Service
+ Global sales experience preferred, but regional level required.
+ Strong track record in meeting and exceeding renewal and sales targets
+ Experience managing high-profile or complex accounts
+ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously
+ Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
+ Ability to create, review, and improve processes to drive operational efficiency.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Drive Suite
+ Profound understanding of CRM systems, preferably Zoho, Hubspot, or Salesforce
+ Strong attention to detail and time management
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong customer service, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
+ Able to be successful with ambiguity and solving the client issues, working across functional lines to advocate and solve issues for the client
+ Bi-Lingual in English and Arabic preferred
