As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) Process Solutions (PSS) in Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to our 1 and you'll work out of our Saudi Arabia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By leveraging your expertise in customer marketing, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand perception, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty


• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns


• Create and manage marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events


• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth


• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement


• Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints


• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and creative services, to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement


• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget


YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)


• Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities


• Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing programs


• Strong leadership and project management abilities


• Ability to think creatively and innovatively


• Experience in managing and mentoring a team


• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
