ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Operations Business, you will own the product development of Salesforce Sales Cloud by implementing business requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis
- An ability to analyze business and key stakeholder needs
- Identify gaps in the process, and work with the development team to solution.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
CRM Solution Management
- A firm understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM sales best practices
- Determine ways to optimize user engagement
- Sprint management and execution cadence aligned to the DevOps team.
Documentation
- Detail business requirements and articulate this back to key senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in collating and storing information in an organized manner.
Data Management
- Comfortable with leveraging and handling data.
- Understand how to analyze the data patterns, avoiding duplicates, and best data governance practices.
Problem Solving
- The ability to see a problem and make quick decisions with limited information.
Project Management
- Effective time and program management to meet strategic and programmatic deliverables.
- Plan, execute, allocate, deliver, resolve and take on the changes suggested by internal stakeholders.
- Creating SoW’s, managing program deliverables
Testing
- Manage the execution and analysis of testing programs (UAT)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Salesforce: Sales Cloud; Service Cloud; Experience Cloud
- Analytics Platforms: CRM Analytics; PowerBI; Lytics; Tableau; Teallium
- Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders,
- Strong understanding of sales operations, sales performance, business processes, financial modelling, legal and contracts delivery
- Creative customer campaign background is preferred (with experience on major real estate development projects).
- 4 years’ + hands-on experience with sales/CRM platforms/tools
Preferrable:
- Sales Cloud certifications
- 3 years + Sales Cloud experience
- Real Estate experience
- KSA/GCC experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Operations or comparable.
