This position demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of contractual frameworks in the construction sector. You will ensure all contractual terms are adhered to, managing risks while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will also include facilitating negotiations and providing guidance on contract amendments and compliance issues. You will utilize your expertise to review complex agreements and warranties, ensuring all contracts serve the best interest of JASARA while contributing to project success.
