Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is dedicated to delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our programs by overseeing all contractual aspects. This includes managing contract drafting, negotiation, and administration activities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and legal teams, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and mitigate risks.


In addition to your integral role in contract management, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and resolving any contractual disputes that may arise. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you review and interpret contractual documents, identify risks, and recommend appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all contractual aspects of projects, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Review and interpret contractual documents, identifying risks and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure effective communication and resolution of contractual disputes.
  • Monitor and document contract changes, progress, and deviations.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies and processes.
