Job Description

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years.
Project Duration: 6 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on consulting, particularly within the government sector. The role demands expertise in strategy management, performance and KPI management, and advanced proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Exceptional teamwork, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential to drive project success and deliver impactful solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management:


    • Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
    • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures as needed.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and timelines.
  2. Strategic Consulting:


    • Work closely with government entities to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to align organizational strategies with key objectives.
  3. Performance and KPI Management:


    • Design and implement performance frameworks, aligning them with client goals.
    • Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate project and organizational success.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:


    • Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to extract insights, create dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations.
    • Develop professional and visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and project updates effectively.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of government and other client organizations.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency.
  6. Team Collaboration:


    • Lead and mentor project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment within the team and across client stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience:


    • 8–10 years of experience in project management within consulting, preferably in the government sector.
    • Proven track record in strategy management and performance/KPI frameworks.
  • Technical Skills:


    • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, or similar).
  • Soft Skills:


    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
  • Education & Certification:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
