You’ll be responsible for:
Works as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking direction from construction lead and project senior leadership team (SLT), providing guidance to wider team.
Promotes and drives the businesses priorities through construction to production, digital & data and responsible business.
Understands and formulates short-term plans to deliver to programme, able to communicate with and coordinate trade/subcontractors.
Owns safety, wellbeing and quality deliverables for specific sections of the project.
Contributes to establishing and maintaining health, safety and wellbeing culture onsite.
Supports managers in leading focussed forecast Lookahead meetings, providing authority and guidance where required.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with client and design CMT, knowing QA process to final sign-off.
Provides comprehensive technical expertise and understanding of Mace onsite standards for each part of the project, where to find them, and responsible for implementation.
Identifies and implements continuous improvement and plans, identifies key business improvements.
Develops and maintain a series of both internal and external relationships.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Relevant degree qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
