Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, design, and execution of assigned construction projects
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to establish project requirements
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to engineering standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely progress
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review designs and specifications to provide technical guidance and support
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and resolutions
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members
