As a Senior Commercial Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial aspects of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also maximizing profitability and reducing risks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, cost management, and contract negotiation
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage project risks
- Lead the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract management
- Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Handle contract negotiations and proactively resolve any commercial disputes
- Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams
