Job Description
700Apps is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a one-year contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project feasibility and environmental impact.
- Design and implement civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety regulations during project execution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to facilitate project success.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the project remain on track.
- Monitor construction processes and provide direction to construction teams as needed.
- Address site issues and provide technical solutions to challenges that may arise during construction.
