- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a senior civil engineer, preferably in a consultancy environment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex civil engineering projects, from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
