Job Description

Coordinate with Business Analysts to develop and document business requirements and specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain standard reports and functional dashboards based on business needs.
Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of BI models to support periodical and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Generate reports for performance monitoring and business decision-making, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Architect, design, build, test, maintain, and operate an end-to-end big data platform.
Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and security of big data platforms.
Lead the migration and transformation of large, complex datasets from multiple sources into the big data platform.
Manage, test, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing.
Continuously optimize data platform performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Administer and maintain end-to-end big data platforms and ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
Implement and maintain big data tools and technologies to improve business operations.
Conduct analysis, design, development, validation, and deployment of BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools).
Operate, maintain, and support data analytics platforms, ensuring smooth BI server operations.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and integration with different types of data sources.
Set up and evaluate BI servers, ensuring proper integration with data source systems.
Design and develop scalable BI solutions, building lists, crosstabs, graphs, scorecards, metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Develop real-time and near real-time data ingestion and transformation processes.
Contribute to all aspects of the project life cycle, including strategy, road-mapping, architecture, and implementation.

Skills

Knowledge & Experience 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence modules and tools

Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required
