Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned Senior Business Development Specialists to work remotely from the Eastern Province (Al Khobar - Dammam) while contributing their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.
Working as a Senior Business Development Specialist entails identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through market research and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to expand market presence and secure new business.
Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure business objectives are met.
- Monitor business performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales, and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
