The Senior Business Development Manager drives business growth through managing business development activities to strategize approaches, technical pre-qualifications and quotations for the competitive Tender projects. Develops and grows Companys business development activities and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels. Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development, makes a calculation of returns and investment, and gains agreement for the investment, resources, and actions required for the developments.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients and vendors.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, incorporating them into business strategies.
Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Ability to develop and execute effective business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Proficiency in conducting market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential clients.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
