Job Description

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the organization's business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate alongside multifunctional teams, involving stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to compile and document comprehensive requisites for new initiatives, functionalities, or system enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • In the capacity of a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with dissecting and grasping the company's business workflows, recognizing avenues for refinement, and presenting actionable approaches to optimize operations.
  • Harness insights gleaned from data analysis to conduct exhaustive market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitors, facilitating knowledgeable decision-making and generation of strategic business recommendations.
  • Team up with multifaceted groups, comprising stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to amass and document exhaustive prerequisites for emerging projects, features, or system enhancements, certifying harmony with enterprise objectives.
  • Maintain a continuous watch over project progression and undertake frequent assessments to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks, simultaneously adapting to evolving business needs, recording modifications, and imparting updates to involved stakeholders.
