Senior BI Developer

The key responsibility of this role is to designs and implements data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights, using advanced BI tools. They collaborate with teams to create interactive dashboards and optimize data processes for strategic decision-making.

Description
Manage, test, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing.Continuously optimize data platform performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.Administer and maintain end-to-end big data platforms and ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making.Implement and maintain big data tools and technologies to improve business operations.Conduct analysis, design, development, validation, and deployment of BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools).Operate, maintain, and support data analytics platforms, ensuring smooth BI server operations.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and integration with different types of data sources.Set up and evaluate BI servers, ensuring proper integration with data source systems.Design and develop scalable BI solutions, building lists, crosstabs, graphs, scorecards, metrics, reports, and dashboards.Develop real-time and near real-time data ingestion and transformation processes.Contribute to all aspects of the project life cycle, including strategy, road-mapping, architecture, and implementation.


Profile


Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.3-6 years of experience in dashboard development, data visualization tools, and user interface design.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and user experience, able to derive insight and provide recommendation to the business teams. Good experience in ETL pipelines, SQL scripting, dashboarding tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, basic understanding of data engineering.
