Senior Art Director

This position is open only for Saudi Nationals. 

• The role is for a proficient Art Director, adept at photo manipulation and compositing, tasked with conceptualizing and executing innovative visual strategies.
• This position requires creating compelling visual solutions that attract clients, prospects, talent, and the marketplace to engage with our brand.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with a copywriter, project manager, marketing directors, technologists, content specialists, and AI tools to realize these ideas, effectively presenting them to captivate the audience and foster brand and business growth.
• Responsibilities include developing creative ideas that align with both our client's and our business objectives, and upholding the company’s standards of creative excellence and professionalism.
• The role also involves managing multiple projects from inception to completion, utilizing both in-house resources and external vendors, and designing impactful visuals for a variety of digital and traditional media platforms.

• 4+ years of work experience and a book brimming with brave ideas and outstanding craft, some that saw the light of day, and maybe some that didn’t 
• You’re an artist. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You’re just where people are
• Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology 
• Adobe CC domain and web design and adobe premiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisual models.
• Any level of Motion graphic skills.
• Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
• Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSS Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• 3d skills of any level.
• Has strong technical design skills across a variety of programs.
• Ability to concept innovative ideas and tactics that people will talk about. Always envisioning the potential outcomes of each idea
