Senior Architecture Engineer

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing architectural engineering projects, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams to bring innovative architectural solutions to life.

As a Senior Architecture Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the architectural design process, developing detailed drawings, conducting site visits for quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You will also mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at achieving project excellence.

• Manages and is responsible for the Architecture Design Disciplines.
• Oversees the implementation and management of value engineering processes.
• Lead the oversight of the overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects.
• Responsible for design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed ‘in-house’ including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
• Manages the design based activities for ‘outsourced’ design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals as required whilst ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines.
• Ensure that engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects.
• Provide a technical assurance role for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.
