Job Description

  • Lead and manage hotel fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise during construction.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing any concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices related to hotel fit-out.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and construction management, specifically in hotel fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Architecture or Project Management.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
  • Experience with sustainable design and construction practices.
