What this job involves



As a Senior Analyst in the Landlord Leasing Advisory Team, you will be responsible for
- Assisting the team in advising our landlord-clients with best practice office advise. You will work in a diverse and dynamic environment, working closely with our clients and internal teams.
- Our advice could cover occupier attraction, market positioning, design & amenities input, ideal delivery schemes and leasing & marketing strategies. Excellent report writing and formatting skills essential.
- Assist in running day to day office leasing campaigns including development and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies, client reporting, and viewings.

Professional Competencies
Previous background in landlord leasing in general - 2+ years’ experience preferred. Relevant degree in real estate / economics / business preferred. Good report writing skills in MS Word. Ability to prepare professional Power Point presentations. Excellent understanding of MS Excel and Word. Excellent Corporate English (and Arabic) written communication. Excellent spoken Arabic is required. Excellent email communication skills (Arabic and English). Must be Riyadh based. Knowledge of the local KSA office leasing market. Good administrative and IT skills. Good numeracy and analytical skills Strong customer relations skills and ability to work and integrate in a busy team. Fluent English and Arabic spoken and written.
Other Competencies
Be capable of managing stress & accepting constructive feedback. Strong diplomatic skills involving tact and discretion. Experience of dealing with corporates and VIP’s. Can do attitude with passion for offices and the growth of KSA towards vision2030 and beyond. Strong organizational skills – ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Financially aware and driven. Ability to work on own initiative, to listen and willingness to learn. Accountable, comfortable and confident. Team player – maintain close working relationships with all employees whether office based or external. Ability to demonstrate utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential information Results and achievement orientated to high standards.
