Role Purpose and Summary
+ Support the development and management of relationships within the infrastructure ecosystem to enhance the organization鈥檚 competitiveness in PPP bids. Focus on providing data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with Vision Invest鈥檚 long-term objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to prepare recommendations and contribute to the organization鈥檚 business development efforts
Experience
+ 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in client relations management in the infrastructure, privatization, and PPP sectors; Experience in KSA or Middle East is preferred
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
+
Market Research and Intelligence
+ Conduct research and analysis on market trends, financing structures, and regulatory developments in the privatization and PPP space
+ Support competitive intelligence gathering to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the sector
+ Prepare concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management
+
Commercial and Financial Analysis
+ Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project opportunities, bids, and market trends, ensuring alignment with Vision Invest鈥檚 objectives
+ Develop preliminary models and reports to assess the feasibility and profitability of projects
+ Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making by senior team members
+
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Assist in stakeholder mapping to identify key players, decision-makers, and influencers in the privatization and PPP ecosystem
+ Support engagement activities with project sponsors, lenders, and government entities by preparing briefing materials and tracking key interactions
+ Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Vision Invest鈥檚 strategic objectives
+
Operational Support
+ Maintain and update knowledge management resources, capturing industry best practices and lessons learned
+ Assist in monitoring and reporting on key objectives and performance indicators related to the privatization and PPP portfolio
+ Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
