Job Description
- Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Implement and customize AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and other modules.
- Integrate AEM with third-party applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop custom OSGi components, Sling Servlets, and JCR-based content structures.
- Optimize AEM performance, caching, and scalability.
- Work with front-end developers to implement responsive UI/UX within AEM.
- Troubleshoot and debug AEM-related issues and system performance.
- Follow best practices for AEM security, permissions, and content governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AEM solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Adobe AEM development.
- Strong expertise in AEM 6.x, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Services, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) is a plus.
- Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Adobe Certified AEM Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign is a bonus.
- Familiarity with headless CMS and AEM Content Fragments/Experience Fragments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices for AEM deployments.
