Position Title: Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS DeveloperJob Location: KSA (On-site or Offshore)Position Overview:The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Basics role is primarily responsible for the implementation, management, and maintenance of AEM content management systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AEM features and functionalities, providing technical support for content delivery, digital asset management, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role supports content editors, marketers, and developers in using AEM to create, manage, and publish web content.Key Responsibilities:1. AEM Content Management: Configure and administer AEM CMS environments, including authoring, publishing, and replication setups. Manage AEM workflows and permissions to ensure efficient content creation and approval processes. Monitor and maintain content repositories to ensure that all content is consistent, accurate, and up to date. 2. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to content authors, editors, and administrators in AEM. Conduct user training sessions to ensure efficient use of AEM’s features, including content creation, editing, and approval workflows. 3. Content Deployment: Manage and oversee content deployment from AEM to production environments. Ensure content is displayed correctly on various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), meeting user experience and SEO standards. 4. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot AEM-related issues such as publishing errors, broken links, and content inconsistencies. Collaborate with other teams (development, IT, etc.) to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth platform operation. 5. Customization and Enhancements: Work with developers to customize AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business needs. Collaborate with teams to ensure AEM integrates well with other systems and tools. 6. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to ensure AEM features meet business requirements. Support teams in managing digital assets, campaigns, and marketing initiatives within the AEM platform. 7. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance the scalability and speed of AEM. Implement best practices for content management, versioning, and SEO optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:· Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) features, including Web Content Management (WCM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), workflows, and personalizations.· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java (for AEM development).· Familiarity with AEM Templates, Components, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).· Experience with AEM Dispatcher, CRX/Jackrabbit repository, and AEM Forms is a plus.· Understanding of SEO best practices, content governance, and site performance.Experience:· At least 1-2 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).· Previous experience in content management systems (CMS), web development, or digital marketing is preferred.· Exposure to Agile development methodologies is a plus.Soft Skills:· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and content quality.Preferred Qualifications:· Experience with AEM 6.x or later versions.· Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies.· Familiarity with cloud-based AEM instances and multi-site management.· Experience with AEM integrations with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and third-party APIs.Working Conditions:· Full-time position with the possibility of remote work.· Occasional after-hours work to troubleshoot or deploy urgent content changes.· Participation in team meetings and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
