We are currently looking for a Saudi National – Senior Administrator / Financial Administrator for our Program Delivery Office based in Al Ula. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Finance team and Program Directors to generate and track monthly invoices.
Working with the Assistant Project Manager to complete internal governance activities.
Working with the Program Directors and the Bid team to complete bid documents as required.
Maintaining essential project documentation including staff list and staff professional review status documentation.
Regular interface with key stakeholders, including AtkinsRéalis Finance and the Client’s finance team.
Work with AtkinsRéalis Finance to complete financial governance documentation as required.
Lead administrative tasks across the program, including leave administration, internal document archiving.
Recording and reporting on monthly time and cost spend on the program and supporting in financial forecasting activities.
Coordinating with the 100+ team to complete the program’s monthly attendance sheets and managing this documentation through the Client review process.
Work with the office manager to maintain office supplies and support with regards to office logistics i.e. procurement of items from new suppliers.
Key Requirements
You will be a Saudi National
SharePoint experience and working with shared files is essential
A logical thinker with an understanding of finance
Microsoft Office proficient, specifically MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Ideally you will have experience of working within similar work environments
Ideally you will have a BSc Business Degree or equivalent
Ideally you will have 5 years of experience
Willing to locate full time in AlUla
