Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Consultant to join our client’s finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, audit compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. This role requires expertise in financial software, ERP systems, and IFRS compliance.
Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Excel and financial analysis software (Hyperion Oracle) to analyze financial data and generate insights for management decision-making.
- Assist in addressing audit queries and implementing audit recommendations to ensure successful audit outcomes.
- Prepare financial reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Assist in budget preparation, perform variance analysis, and align financial plans with business objectives.
- Implement cost management strategies and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
- Support long-term financial planning initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and effective resource utilization.
- Utilize ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, Oracle Hyperion) to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Implement and optimize internal controls to enhance financial integrity and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA certification, along with CerIFRS, DipIFRS, or FMVA.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Accountant role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English.
