As an AP Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will play a critical role in maintaining vendor relationships, managing invoice processing, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. • Process accounts payable transactions, including receiving, reviewing, and coding invoices
• Match purchase orders to invoices and reconcile any discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
• Maintain accurate vendor records and manage vendor relationships
• Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed
