The group offers a convenient alternative to hospital-based treatments, operating comfortable private suites accessible to patients near their homes or offices, including evenings and weekends. Treatments that traditionally required full-day commitments can now be completed within a few hours.

Description

Vendor Invoice Processing
The Senior Accountant is responsible for establishing and managing efficient processes for accurate and timely invoice processing, ensuring proper categorization of expenses and resolving discrepancies. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include processing speed, error rates, expense classification accuracy, adherence to standards, and the correctness of general ledger and account codes. The role also involves monitoring and improving procedures for handling invoice mismatches, aiming to reduce errors and expedite resolution.


Record Keeping, Reporting, and Analysis
This position entails maintaining precise financial records in compliance with regulations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly closing, and conducting variance analysis of operational expenses. KPIs include record accuracy, audit readiness, closing efficiency, provision accuracy, analysis effectiveness, and report timeliness. The Senior Accountant is responsible for generating various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and adherence to service level agreements.


Vendor and Employee Management
The Senior Accountant oversees the creation and maintenance of vendor and employee records, conducting regular reviews to identify and manage active and inactive accounts. KPIs include record creation time, compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, data accuracy, review frequency, and account management effectiveness. The role also involves vendor reconciliation, monitoring outstanding balances, and obtaining balance confirmations. KPIs include reconciliation rate, average age of outstanding items, provision accuracy, and balance confirmation timeliness.


Payroll Management
This position involves managing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining effective communication with the HR department. KPIs include payment accuracy and timeliness, issue resolution speed, and system integration efficiency. The Senior Accountant must stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.


Payment Processing and Adherence to Deadlines
The Senior Accountant is responsible for developing processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, resolving payment issues, and managing bank reconciliations. KPIs include payment accuracy and timeliness, issue resolution speed, invoice processing efficiency, and bank reconciliation closure rates.
