Seller Operation Specialist
Riyadh Operations – Seller and Delivery Operations / Full-time / On-site
Your Main Responsibilities
+ Coordinate with the sellers to assure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
+ Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement.
+ Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes.
+ Visiting and training seller's site operations.
+ Prepare operational quality metrics reports ( "on time in full" order management).
+ Follow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects.
+ Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries.
Qualities We Are Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities.
+ At least 2 years of experience, supplier management.
+ Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge).
+ Good team player with strong communication skills.
+ Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
