The international operations team is looking for a talented individual to be based in our Dubai warehouse. Main responsibilities includes custom management, warehouse operations and Last Mile Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
+ Actively monitor delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Oversee 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with UAE customs authorities, ensuring proactive communication and compliance.
+ Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
+ Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
+ Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
+ Regularly update the team on the progress and bottlenecks in operations
+ Should be actively understanding the market need and competitor strategies and implement the best practices of market
+ Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with UAE and KSA delivery industry(Especially 3PL companies)
+ Familiar with Custom clearance and brokerage processes
+ Strong knowledge of G-Sheet and Excel
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
