3.0 JOB SUMMARY
A Security Supervisor oversees the guards who protect the private property against theft and vandalism. Also ensure the security of the people on the company premises.
4.1 Provide security to the office staffs, buildings, and properties.
4.2 Keep the premises free from all kinds of danger.
4.3 Look out for suspicious person, vandalism, or hazard.
4.4 Maintain all the security devices such as CCTV Surveillance System, Handheld Metal Scanners and Walkie Talkie etc. in good condition.
4.5 Conduct patrolling through the responsible areas.
4.6 Prepare and submit the reports of incident/accident or potential problems.
4.7 Propose the training programs for the security personnel.
4.8 Evaluate, assess and analyze performance of the security personnel
4.9 Initiate the disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
4.10 Develop and implement the preventative measures against any accidents, theft, and other risks.
4.11 Ensure the compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
5.0 SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
5.4 Properly use all safety equipment and personal protective equipment provided by the company.
5.5 Report all the incidents, injuries, hazards and near miss to the appropriate person.
5.6 Provide adequate first aid facilities.

High School Education (12th Class)
6.2 Experience
Professional experience of at least 5 years as a Security Guard/Supervisor

7.1 Sufficient written and verbal communication skills.
7.2 Ability to observe the situations and make appropriate responses.
7.3 Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Integrity and professionalism.
