Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an intensive two-month training initiative designed to develop high-potential graduates into future industry leaders. Participants will undergo structured training, hands-on projects, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time roles upon successful completion of the program.
Recent graduates (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor’s in cyber security, information security etc.
Minimum GPA requirement: 3 out of 4 / 4 out of 5.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent command of the English language and good communication, as well as interpersona skills.
Hands-on experience with real-world business challenges.
Exposure to industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Mentorship from experienced professionals.
Potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Monthly stipend during the training period.
