Job Purpose:
The Security Access Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing access control systems and protocols to ensure the security of the organization’s information and physical assets. They implement, monitor, and maintain access control policies and systems, conduct access reviews, and ensure compliance with security standards. They will work closely with other departments to manage user access and permissions.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support Sailpoint IIQ, Arcos application monitoring and installation.
• Manage incident resolution and problems.
• Configure changes and deploy change requests.
• Prepare and update SOP and SMTD.
• Support Sailpoint IIQ, Arcos PAM issue/requests escalated.
• Troubleshoot non-MSS application issues.
• Support AD security/ADFS/AAD connect services management
• Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems and applications.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards configure and maintain access control systems, including physical and logical access controls
Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge and experience in SailPoint IDAM, Privileged Access Management, Zscaler/remote access, Azure multifactor authentication,
Azure self-service password management, AD security (GPO), Azure AD security, and AAD connect/ADFS.
Qualifications:
Educational: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Years Of Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
Nature of Experience:
• Hands-on experience with access control systems and IAM solutions
• Strong understanding of endpoint security principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA security+ are a plus.
