ROLE OVERVIEW



The role of the Lead, Sector Engagement & Strategic Partnership involves creating and implementing strategies to engage NEOM sectors with scholarship program students, managing all related operations and interactions with internal and external stakeholders. It includes organizing meetings and visits to enhance the experiences of both students and sectors, providing theoretical and technical support for strategic initiatives in alignment with the executive director's implementation plan.



ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES


• Identify, design, and implement key initiatives that support the Sector Engagement Division in the NEOM scholarship program.


• Apply data-driven insights in the application of fit-for-purpose solutions and tools for improving students and sector engagements.


• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand students' drivers, prioritize key areas of focus, and measure the impact of the sector engagement.


• Deliver implementation plans for the various activities associated with the NEOM sector and students' surveys


Identifying engagement plans to improve scholarship program outcomes


• Consulting with stakeholders to recommend strategies that align with the program's strategic objectives


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • 5+ years of experience in education or any relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in education or any relavant field.
  • Master’s degree in education or any relevant field (preferable)
  • Advanced analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills, presentation preparation, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
