Section Manager Quality Assurance

Job Purpose:

Manage and monitor all operational / technical support functions and ensure their progress according to manufacturers and saudia standards in order to achieve production quality targets

General Accountabilities:

·Set operational goals and objectives for the section, initiate plans and methods for attainment, measure the achievement of those goals and objectives.

·Ensure the quality of maintenance work meets saudia standards.

·Implement approved quality assurance systems, ensure completion of all quality and safety operations in accordance with approved corporate inspection standards.

·Resolve daily technical / operational problems with concerned support department (engg, plag, etc) and vendors.

·Plan and recommend future labor, equipment and facilities requirement.

·Review, monitor training, and development programs for subordinates in the section.

·Ensure the safety of saudia assets and documentation in the section

·Monitor the performance evaluation of all personnel in the section.

·Prepare and control expense and capital budgets for the section.

·Ensure and follow up that trainees are involved in the on job training programs assigned for them.

·Support the management in conducting special projects. 

·Perform any tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in aircraft engineering / mechanical engineering / electronic engineering / electrical engineering / industrial engineering. 

Required English Test:

·Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.

·The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed three years from the application date.

·Other English Tests will not be accepted.

·The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.

·If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website).
