Role Profile Number
Responsible for the establishment of continuous improvement cultured teams with a skilled staff capable of driving sustainable change at all organizational levels by implementing Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques to manufacturing, engineering, leading to a more streamlined and reliable execution process. Position is responsible for achieving key performance metrics to satisfy customer demand as well as key business drivers including meeting customer deadlines, maintaining appropriate levels of work in process.
Manage the analysis of plant performance, identification, and recommendation of opportunities for improvement and implementation as appropriate.
Set focused targets and continuously reassess goals enabling teams to identify areas of improvement in the business and areas requiring refocusing
View failure points to meet targets as an opportunity to learn and refine underdeveloped processes
Analyzes workflows and encourages team involvement to improve safety, quality, and productivity across all the organization.
Install processes to measure effectiveness of the Continuous Improvement system
Promotes performance excellence principles and a continuous improvement culture
Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the leadership and technology functions
Preparation of reports and present these to Management to update them with progress of Continuous Improvement action plans and initiatives and the progress of implementation of such initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field (Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, Process Management, Finance etc.).
Lean Six Sigma green Belt, and Black Belt is preferred.
Change Management Certification is preferred
Minimum Experience:
8+ years of experience in manufacturing industry or in operational excellence, proven experience in leading at least 2 transformation programs are a must.
Proven track record in driving transformations and sustainable change.
