Section Head I, Regional Sales
An exciting opportunity is available Section Head, Regional Sales based in KSA who will report directly to General Manager.
Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated Section Head, Regional Sales who will:
- Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
- Supports finance department in collection of outstanding (ensure no bad debts) • Determines annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, project sales targets and revenue for existing and new products.
- Develops an outward looking/ client focused sales team that hunts for new work and expands existing relationships.
- Acts as a client representative / champion within the company, challenging internal processes and services where necessary in order to further expand the company and it services in serving the market.
- Reviews analyses of internal and external trends and results; reviews and finalizes pricing strategies and selling prices in line with management approval; advises and acts on monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand in line with MODA
- Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Ensures strict compliance with all legislation, shareholder and ethical requirements of himself and his team.
- Ensures that there is a clear process flow within the sales department, with standardized documents, clear roles and accountability and measurable kpi’s.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defines market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasts projected business; establishes targeted market share.
- Manages and implements Key Account Management (KAM) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; explores specific needs; anticipates new opportunities.
- Accomplishes marketing mission by attending and arranging conferences and trade shows. Supports marketing in developing advertisement, promotions, and sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogues.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; develops field sales action plans.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reads professional publications; maintains personal and professional networks; participates in professional organizations.
- Provides on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
- Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline
- Business & Industry Knowledge (added advantage)
- 10 years experience with Degree is desirable with 7 years supervisory
