Position: Section Head (AP-AR-Treasury – GL- Inventory) - Ninja
As a vital part of the finance team at Ninja, the Section Head will oversee key financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, General Ledger (GL), and Inventory management. This role requires strategic leadership, in-depth financial knowledge, and a commitment to optimizing financial operations to support the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of AP, AR, Treasury, GL, and Inventory departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Oversee cash management activities, ensuring liquidity and effective fund utilization.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely audits.
- Evaluate existing financial systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and presenting findings.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation related to financial transactions and processes.
