The Secretary of the Board of Directorswill provide comprehensive administrative support to the Board, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Board activities. This role involves preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials, taking minutes, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance best practices.
Key Accountabilities- Prepare the agendas for board meetings in coordination with the chairperson and members.
- Document minutes of all board meetings and maintain official records.
- Ensure timely notification of board members about meeting dates and locations.
- Assist in organizing other board activities such as orientation, development, and evaluation.
- Keep the company's records and official documents, including meeting minutes & approved resolutions.
- Coordinate with other secretaries within the company or relevant entities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws governing the board's work.
- Perform other tasks as assigned in the field of work.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in IPO Listed companies is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with modern practices used in documenting and organizing board meetings.
