Job Description

  • Using Odoo ERP system to create invoices and quotations.
  • Making the required reports (Sales , Collections , chemicals consumption, and expenses sheet).
  • Submit the invoices with the service cards to the clients and follow our payments.
  • Conducting personal meetings with customers to follow up on payments.

Skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English. 
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office.
  • High speed in writing on computer and printing.
  • Must be an Arab nationality.
  • Confident and a great talker.
