Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our team at the PMC NHC AL Fursan project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in administrative and secretarial roles, preferably within the construction or project management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records, both electronic and hard copy.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
- Organize and maintain project-related databases and filing systems.
- Assist with project-related events, such as meetings, conferences, and site visits.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the project management team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, preferably in the construction or project management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
