Job Description

The Secretary role in the construction and building industry is pivotal for ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently while supporting the team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication, organizing schedules, and maintaining documentation, all of which contribute to the overall productivity of the company. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize schedules for meetings and appointments.
  2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
  3. Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date.
  4. Assist in the preparation of presentations and project proposals.
  5. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
  6. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  8. Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  9. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  8. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  9. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  10. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
