Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within the sales development team.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SDR team to maximize productivity and meet lead generation goals. Develop and implement sales development strategies to enhance lead qualification processes. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to SDRs, focusing on best practices and sales techniques.
