Scrum Master - Web & Mobile Development Environments

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client's team onsite at Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. As the Scrum Master, you will work closely with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that each project progresses according to plan. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, manage sprint planning, and promote continuous improvement across all Agile teams. You will be pivotal in helping to ensure that the website and app development projects are aligned with the department's goals of data dissemination, user role management, and seamless integration of Tableau dashboards. Additionally, you will lead the GCP deployment, ensuring cloud infrastructure is properly built and maintained to support these projects.

Responsibilities

Planning and reporting :

• Lead Agile planning for three core projects: website development, app development, and GCP deployment, ensuring clear sprint goals, priorities, and timelines are set and met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, other internals, externals to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables that align with department goals.
• Facilitate project tracking, monitoring sprint progress, identifying risks, and reporting regularly on project status, metrics, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  Design & Development :

• Guide the teams through all stages of Agile development, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality, functional increments for each project.
• Oversee the integration of new features, user interfaces, and functionalities across the website and mobile app projects, focusing on ensuring that user login, data management, and Tableau dashboards are integrated smoothly.
• Support cloud infrastructure deployment, ensuring that GCP resources are optimized and deployed to meet the website and app needs.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

• Ensure thorough testing of deliverables, from website and app functionalities to GCP deployments, verifying that all increments meet quality standards before deployment.
• Facilitate reviews and retrospectives to ensure that teams continuously improve their workflows, addressing bugs and technical challenges promptly.
• Promote continuous integration and delivery processes that foster efficient code testing, deployment, and feedback cycles across projects.

Others :

• Remove impediments that prevent project teams from achieving their goals, whether they be technical challenges, workflow inefficiencies, or external dependencies.
• Mentor and coach Agile principles to ensure that teams are fully engaged with the Scrum framework, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within and across project teams.
