You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tender documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

• Develop and manage detailed scope and tender plans for projects in consultation with project teams.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, including specifications, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for tender submissions.
• Analyze project requirements and scope to prepare accurate and competitive tenders.
• Provide technical and commercial input to ensure compliance with client and project standards.
• Assist in bid evaluations and negotiations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive records of tender plans and associated documentation.
