Position Summary: The Scientific Collaboration and Projects Support Unit Manager at PSDSARC is responsible for overseeing and managing collaborative scientific projects between PSDSARC and external partners. This role involves coordinating various scientific projects, ensuring alignment with PSDSARC’s strategic research goals, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple scientific projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaboration: Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations, including research institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
- Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of plans for scientific collaboration and project support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project coordinators and support staff.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with PSDSARC policies, regulations, and funding requirements.
