ob Title: Scaffolding Engineer
Job Summary:
The Scaffolding Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires technical expertise in scaffold engineering, risk assessment, and site coordination to support construction, maintenance, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scaffolding plans, calculations, and drawings based on project requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding structures comply with local regulations, safety standards (e.g., OSHA,), and NEOM specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine the appropriate scaffolding solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure proper scaffold installation and dismantling.
• Provide technical guidance and training to scaffolders and site teams on safe scaffold erection and use.
• Inspect scaffolding structures regularly to identify and address potential safety hazards or structural weaknesses.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including design drawings, safety reports, and compliance records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering,
• Proven experience in scaffolding design, installation, and safety management.
• Knowledge of relevant scaffolding standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
