Responsibilities
- Evaluate job sites to determine scaffolding requirements and specifications
- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and guidelines
- Inspect scaffolding before, during, and after use to ensure stability and safety
- Provide support to other construction workers by ensuring easy access to different work levels
- Maintain tools and equipment and report any issues or repairs needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on-site
- Assist in training and supervising junior scaffolders as needed
