Job Overview:



To support our exciting growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced, creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team as the Country Marketing Lead for Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, establishing our brand presence, and supporting our expanding ambitions in the Saudi Arabian market. Candidates with professional services expertise is essential, ideally in management consulting, who can leverage their industry knowledge to effectively enhance our positioning our organization in the Saudi Arabian market.
The first role of its kind in our Saudi Arabia practice, this position will suit an entrepreneurial self-starter keen to pioneer programs in Saudi Arabia, while playing an active role in the wider Marketing community.
As Oliver Wyman Saudi Arabia’s Lead for Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with colleagues in the IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) Marketing team, the Partner group in Saudi Arabia, and global Marketing peers. You will lead the local market’s marketing strategy and implement high impact marketing programs that raise brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers through the variety of tactics.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with IMEA Head of Marketing and Saudi Arabia’s business leadership to develop integrated growth strategies for existing and new sectors, for the local market
Lead Saudi Arabia-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, social media, press releases, email newsletters, videos, events); to increase brand visibility and generate interest.
Working with our IMEA campaigns coordinator, conduct detailed reporting and analysis of campaign impact in Saudi Arabia to drive informed decision-making; Measure and analyze marketing effectiveness using CRM and other tools, optimizing campaigns continuously.
Together with IMEA Head of PR, manage relationship with local PR agency, expand the firm’s presence in tier 1 media, also leveraging your own relationships to build connections with key editors and journalists.
Create Saudi Arabia-specific content and adapt global marketing materials for local relevance, emphasizing culturally resonant storytelling and effective distribution.
Represent Oliver Wyman Saudi Arabia in global Marketing team forums, identifying synergies between global and local campaigns.
Collaborate with our think tank, the Oliver Wyman Forum, and Marsh McLennan (MMC) to strategize content delivery for relevant report launches.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, associations, and influencers as relevant
Develop tailored account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with local Partner leadership.
Enhance employer brand through local activations, supporting Recruitment team efforts.
Maintain a keen interest in industry trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights that keep up with best practice
Identify and negotiate speaking opportunities for firm leaders at influential conferences and events in Saudi Arabia.
Oversee local marketing operations and manage relationships with agencies and vendors to expand Saudi Arabia marketing support functions.
Foster strong relationships internally and externally to drive collaboration and business development.

Experience Required:



8+ years proven track record and experience in a B2B marketing/communication function in professional services or agency
Expertise in crafting and editing engaging content across multiple formats (media, social media, web, reports, etc.), and familiarity in using keyword research and SEO.
Keen grasp of social media channels and strategies, especially LinkedIn
Client-centric/Account Based Marketing experience with a strategic eye on linking Marketing impact with Commercial Objectives
Strong media relationships in Saudi Arabia an advantage, or experience in managing a PR agency
Team management and working with an international peer group
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana

Strong command of business English, with honed writing and editing skills; executive presence
Outstanding interpersonal skills for a regional and international work environment
Highly organized, with an ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Agile work attitude, hard-working, and results driven
Willingness to travel locally and internationally, on occasion
Bilingual speaker – English and Arabic (fluent)
