SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Project Manager

⌛ 12-month initial contract with extensions
💰 Up to SAR 35,000 p/month

I have partnered with a Big 4 Consultancy who are looking for an SAP Supply Chain Management Project Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract in Riyadh:

Key Profile Requirements:

• Proven expertise in project management and experience presenting to senior leadership.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation (preferably SAP SCM), with a track record as a Program Delivery Lead and SAP Implementation experience in at least six projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully managing teams in digital transformation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior consulting experience and hands-on SAP implementation expertise are mandatory.

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Strong program management capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP applications.
• Expertise in SAP domains including Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong integration knowledge across multiple domains and functional areas.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid implementation methodologies, with an understanding of end-to-end program lifecycle management.
• Ability to articulate value propositions within the relevant SAP modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• 10-12 years of total experience, including SAP Implementation in at least six projects.
• Experience leading SAP Supply Chain streams, overseeing SAP projects, or working in a PMO role.
• Deep understanding of program and project management standards, governance, and control mechanisms.
• Strong business process knowledge and best practices.
• Expertise in business requirements gathering, product roadmap development, and product delivery.
• Solid understanding of the public sector.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex consulting engagements.
